Aftercare Recovery Post-op MLD
The ultimate post-op recovery experience. We will discuss what procedures you've had done, any concerns and customize a recovery plan. Treatment is based on how far along you are in your healing journey. Treatment includes but is not limited to: Red light Therapy, Cupping, Radio Frequency treatment, burse reduction and the breakdown of fibrosis. Speedup recovery, avoid lumps, and enhance your results.

Swedish Massage
A full body massage with the focus on relaxation. Therapist will use light to firm pressure along with gliding and compression. A few "knots" may be addressed to release tension. Hot towels are included.

Deep Tissue
Deep and firm pressure is used to reach the deeper levels of fascia. Trigger point release and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques are used to treat and manage chronic pain. Massage is full body or you may ask the therapist to focus on a specific area. Hot towels are included.

Reiki/Energy Work
Clear and balance your chakras, remove negative energy from your aura, or just need an energetic "pick-me-up." Reiki and/or Energy work is a touch-free service that removes blocks from your chakras and aura. Clients have reported feeling a warm tingling sensation, and others felt nothing. Everyone is different on how the process the energy.

Distance Reiki
Reiki's healing energy is not bound by time or space. It can be sent to any person in any location past, present, or future. Past traumas can linger inside our bodies manifesting as pain or disease both mentally and physically. Distance Reiki allows you to enjoy your service in the comfort of your home. Feel free to find a comfortable chair or lay in your bed, whatever makes you feel safe and comfortable. Healing crystals may be used upon request. We'll coordinate a time via email.
